| This is a three step process that includes: |

1.Development Phase: |
- Contracting of ROMBRO Solar's services
- Planning and design phase (2-4 weeks)
- OPA contract (60-120 days from application date)
- Contract with utility (approx. 4 weeks – parallel to OPA contract)
- Sourcing of components (approx. 2-4 weeks)
- Building permit and ESA clearance

2. Construction Phase: |
- Racks are installed on the roof (or ground); micro inverters, if selected, are attached to racks
- Modules are installed on the racks; central inverters, if selected, are installed inside your building or in a specially designated outdoor area
- Cables (from the panels) are connected in strings and get interconnected to the inverters
- Balance of Systems is completed by Licensed Electrician
- Inverters are activated
- Test-run and final acceptance
- Final inspections (ESA, Local Building Department)
- Interconnection to the utility’s power grid - commercial operation

3. Operation and Maintenance phase |
- Periodic review of physical condition and electrical status
- Conductor service including visual inspection, torque check and status check
- Inverter service including torque checking wire connections and cleaning filters
- Test for ground continuity and overall system safety
- Array cleaning - panels are cleaned once or twice a year
- Snow removal services available, for maximum winter time output
- Performance of the installation is controlled remotely via the inverters communication module
- A service contract with the inverter-producer will alert us if the power production is below estimated levels
- Video surveillance and monitoring services are available for remote, unprotected locations
